Karachi, District Election Commissioner, Karachi Central District Syed Nadeem Haider Thursday announced that Election Commission of Pakistan has released the electoral lists so that the general public could check their names. In Central District, these lists have been put on display at room number- 16 of District Election Commissioner’s office near Sakhi Hassan, office of Assistant Registration Officer and at some other display centers. In case, any citizen wants to check his name and needs any correction/deletion, he may submit application for the same up to March 21 at these offices
Karachi, Sindh Transport Department has made it mandatory for the truck terminals (Truck stands) across the province to get them registered and obtain the licenses, provincial transport minister Akhtar Hussain Jadoon said on Saturday. According to an official handout, the minister said the laws were also being amended for registration and route permits for dumpers and Qingqi (motorcycle rickshaws) operating in the province.
