Religious activists rally for Baloch rights
LAHORE HOLDING countrywide protests and rallies against ignoring the involvement of the US and India in Balochistan unrest, the Defence of Pakistan Council (DPC) on Friday warned the PPP-led government that it would not be allowed to repeat the East Pakistan-like dirty game in Balochistan. Threatening of a full fledged movement for the rights of Baloch people across the country, speakers of protests demanded that in order to pre-empt conspiracies by the US and India in the mineral rich province, rights of Balochs should be immediately ensured by allowing their due share of natural resources, punishing the killer of Akbar Bugti and halting the spate of missing persons and discoveries of mutilated bodies.
