Message
The prime object of Judiciary is to provide inexpensive and expeditious justice to all segments of society without any discrimination as the Policy Directives of the Constitution mandate so. After assuming the present slot I have been reiterating at different fora, my firm commitment for provision of justice to all without any fear or favour being part of my Oath of Office. My future vision is to put all the institutional energies towards the achievement of this objective. But this gigantic task would be impossible without the active support of all the stakeholders in the system. My this message is an effort to take all of them on board. As a first step I announce incentives for all those Judicial Officers and lawyers in the province who play the role in providing inexpensive & expeditious justice. This incentive can be in the form of commendation certificates, shields, entries in PERs and even cash prizes and the like. The criteria have already been set by NJP 2009 which is in accord with the constitutional policy directives mentioned above. The decision of performance would be made at the end of each judicial year.
Here let me add that these incentives are nothing but just a recognition of service delivery by all those involved in the administration of justice. The real reward is waiting in the eternal world hereafter.
In the end I would request all of you to show cooperation in achieving this lofty object and also guide me through your valuable proposals.
May Allah Almighty help and guide me.
