legal advise in regard of certified copies

RESPECTED SIR, I am acting in person in high court karachi to get my service dues. I had requested to asst registrar exec & misc branch (in 2009) for certified copies of written statement of defendant no 1 but original document is not available at present however order is there that defendant no 1 had filed written statement .May I have your expert advise to collect certified copies of required document.mubashir cell 03464484702
