An Ordinance further to amend the Balochistan Government Educational and Training Institutions Ordinance, 1960

No. Legis: 1-79/Law/84 dated 19-11-2003.-–The following Ordinance made by the Government of Balochistan on 13th November, 2003, is hereby published for general information.
Preamble.—-Whereas it is expedient further to amend the Balochistan Government Educational and Training Institutions Ordinance, 1960 in the manner hereinafter appearing;
And whereas the Governor of Balochistan is satisfied’ that circumstances exist which render- it necessary to take immediate action;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 128 of the Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973, the Governor of Balochistan is pleased to make and promulgate the following Ordinance:
1. Short title and commencement
(1) This Ordinance may be called the Balochistan Government Educational and Training Institutions (Amendment) Ordinance, 2003.
(2) It shall come into force at once.
2. Amendment, of section 4 of Act XI of 1960
(1) In the Balochistan Government. Educational and Training Institutions Ordinance, 1960 for sub section (2) of section 4, the following shall be substituted.
“(2) The Governor of Balochistan or one of the Board members to be nominated by him shall be the Chairman of the Board.”
