An Ordinance further to amend the Balochistan Coastal Development Authority Act, 1998

No.Legis.2?84/Law/95, dated 6?11?2001.??–The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 27th October, 2001, is hereby published for general information:??
Whereas, it is expedient further to amend the Balochistan Coastal Development Authority Act, 1998, in the manner hereinafter appearing:
And whereas the Governor of Balochistan is satisfied that circumstances exist which render it necessary to take immediate action;
Now, therefore, .in pursuance of Article 4 of the Provisional Constitution (Amendment) Order, 1999 (Chief Executive’s Order No.9 of 1999) and in exercise of all powers enabling him in that behalf, the Governor of Balochistan is pleased to make and promulgate the following Ordinance:?
1. Short title and commencement
(1) This .Ordinance may be called the Balochistan Coastal Development Authority (Second Amendment) Ordinance, 2001.
(2) It shall come into force at once.
2. Amendment of section 2 of Act I of 1998
In the Balochistan Coastal Development Authority Act, 1998, hereinafter referred to as the said Act, for clause (fa) of section 2, the following shall be substituted:?
(fa) “Director General” means the Director General of the Authority;
3. Amendment of section 6 of Act I of 1998.???In the said Act, in section 6, for the words “Managing Director” wherever occurring the words “Director General” shall be substituted.
