No. PAB/Legis: V(12)/2004, dated 20-2-2004.--The Balochistan Chief Minister and Provincial Ministers (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) (Amendment) Bill, 2004 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan on 19th January, 2004 and assented to by the Governor of Balochistan, is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly.
Preamble.—Whereas it is expedient further to amend the Balochistan Chief Minister and Provincial Ministers (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) Act, 1975, in the manner hereinafter appearing.
1. Short title and commencement
(1) This Bill may be called the Balochistan Chief Minister and Provincial Ministers (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges (Amendment) Act, 2004.
(2) It shall come into force at once and shall be deemed to have taken effect on the first day of January, 2003.
2. Amendment of section 7-A of Act III of 1975
In the Balochistan Chief Minister and Provincial Ministers (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) Act, 1975, in section 7-A, for the words “up to a maximum ceiling of ten thousand rupees” the Words “a fixed amount of ten thousand rupees with the monthly salary” shall be substituted.
