ANTI?CORRUPTION LAWS AMENDMENT ACT, 1965
An Act further to amend certain anti?corruption laws

This Act of the National Assembly received the assent of the President on the 31st July 1965, and is hereby published for general information:?
Whereas it is expedient further to amend certain anti?corruption laws for the purposes hereinafter appearing;
It is hereby enacted as follows:
1. Short title and commencement
(1) This Act. may be called the Anti?Corruption Laws Amendment Act, 1965.
(2) It shall come into force at once.
2. Amendment of anti?corruption laws
The laws specified in column I of the Schedule below shall, in their application to persons who belong to the All Pakistan Services or the other services of the Center or hold posts connected with the affairs of the Center, be amended in the manner provided in column II of that Schedule.
